Ironbark Pro · percussion recovery

Deep enough to matter.
Quiet enough to use.

0kgstall force

A percussion gun that reaches the muscle instead of buzzing the skin, with a motor you can use in a quiet room. Designed in Melbourne, tested on people who train every day.

Using the Ironbark Pro on a calf after training

How to use it

Two minutes a muscle. That is the whole protocol.

  1. Float it, do not press. The head does the work. Let it sit on the muscle at speed one.
  2. Sweep slowly.About two centimetres a second, along the muscle, never across a joint.
  3. Two minutes, then stop.Longer does not help. Move to the next muscle.

Attachments

Five heads. Each one has a job.

Ball

Large muscle groups. Quads, glutes, hamstrings. Start here.

Flat

Everything else. Dense and even, good for calves and pecs.

Bullet

Trigger points and the arch of the foot. Precise, use it briefly.

Fork

Either side of the spine and the Achilles, never on the bone itself.

Wedge

Shoulder blades and the IT band, where a ball skips off.

Actually quiet

My old one sounded like a drill. I use the Pro on the couch while my partner watches TV.

Mini goes everywhere

Lives in my gym bag. Not as deep as the Pro but for calves after a run it is plenty.

The screen is worth it

The Elite walks you through a routine so you stop guessing. Four stars because the case is big.
